Meet Ashlee

I am overjoyed to be serving at NAOMI and supporting the mission to grow in healing relations for women and their families. Before joining NAOMI, I held certain corporate and nonprofit leadership roles involving coordinating world-class training, volunteer, and fundraising events. I have implemented systems and models for communications, compliance, and finances for individuals and groups.

I have also served in numerous servant leadership roles as a pastoral care intern, and have led/co-led and participated in several small groups for women and teams focused on discipleship and personal development.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mental Health Clinical Counseling and hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration on Women & Gender studies and Child Advocacy. I strongly desire to actively listen to other’s stories and empower in advocacy for women to engage in personal and community development through authentic re-identification.

My thriving superpower is encouragement and growth through diverse support.

My survival kryptonite is having too many calendars!
