From the moment I first toured the grounds of NAOMI, I knew that I wanted to be a part of this incredible community. Both personally and professionally, I have seen the important role that a nurturing, encouraging support system plays in healing from trauma. On our worst days, having a trusted person show up for us to shine a light on our innate worth can make all the difference.

Through two decades of walking alongside families experiencing crisis, I have come to see that, above all else, all of us want to feel seen, heard, and like we belong somewhere. Where authentic, healthy relationships are built, miraculous growth is possible. I am honored to work for a program that provides pathways to this growth in a way that meets each woman and child where they are.
