Throughout my life, I have experienced hardships that left me feeling helpless, susceptible, and alone. Without the language to share my feelings and the ability to self-reflect, I dove headfirst into dangerous cycles. 

God bestowed me the gift of desperation, allowing me to extend my hand for help finally. This was my first honest attempt at connecting with another human being authentically, however, I realized I lacked the skills and awareness necessary to make that sort of bond. By the grace of God, I crossed paths with a NAOMI woman whose light inspired me and I never looked back. 

I truly believe that with the grace and support of another healthy woman, self-reflection, and healing are attainable. This has been my personal experience.

My goal is to give women all that was freely given to me. 

To be seen, heard, and loved well are experiences you do not want to miss. 

My thriving superpower is staying calm in hard situations.

My survival kryptonite is getting lost in surface-level details to avoid sharing my heart.
